Location:
  • Saint Paul, MN Wage: $20 – $25/hr Hours: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Flexible part-time afternoon hours!) Benefits of the bookkeeper: Contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career stability

  • Duties of the bookkeeper: Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), and invoice processing
  • Reconcile business accounts accurately and perform soft business-to-business (B2B) collections
  • Assist with system software migration from Peachtree to QuickBooks while maintaining organized financial records
  • Provide professional office support by answering incoming phone calls and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Requirements of the bookkeeper: Proven bookkeeping and accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in both QuickBooks and Peachtree software programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and client interaction
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
