Lift Attendant / Operator

Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safe and proper loading and unloading of guests on lifts. Assist guests with boarding and exiting lifts, providing guidance or physical support as needed. Manage lift lines to maintain orderly and efficient guest flow. Maintain loading and unloading ramps, including snow and ice removal. Develop and maintain knowledge of lift operations through on-the-job training. Provide guests with up-to-date information on mountain conditions and operating hours. Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself, coworkers, and guests.

Qualifications & Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong customer service skills required. Flexible work schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions (cold, snow, wind, rain). Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus. Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods of time. Ability to assist guests physically during lift loading and unloading. Ability to shovel snow and clear ice around lift areas. Ability to work safely around moving machinery and lift equipment. Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noise and cold conditions.
