Fermentation Process Engineering Manager

Responsibilities: Lead fermentation process optimization and performance improvement initiatives. Drive increases in yield, throughput, reliability, and product quality. Support new product introductions, process scale-up, and commercialization activities. Collaborate with plant leadership to troubleshoot process issues and implement sustainable solutions. Lead continuous improvement projects and capital investments. Develop and mentor engineering and technical personnel.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.7+ years of experience supporting fermentation, bioprocessing, food & beverage, ingredients, specialty chemicals, industrial biotechnology, or related manufacturing operations. Experience with large-scale continuous or batch manufacturing processes. Strong background in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
