About the role
This is a Direct hire Full time position on site in Houston, TXQualifications 7+ years in product management 4+ years supporting/owning eCommerce. Experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, JDEdwardsKnowledge of ERP integrations, EDI, middleware, and KPI tools. Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.
Role Overview:
Manages the B2B wholesale storefront and account portal roadmap.
Collaborates with trade partners, sales, IT, and finance to translate business needs into product features.
Supports integrations with systems like Salesforce, JDE, and D365.Monitors KPIs such as order accuracy, self-service adoption, and reorder rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops product requirements, user stories, and manages Agile processes.
Designs B2B-specific features like bulk reorder, saved carts, and punchout catalogs.
Supports onboarding, platform performance, and defect resolution.
Presents updates and performance results to senior stakeholders.
