About the role

Executive Administrator Overview: We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant in the Denver area who is high energy and thrives in a constantly evolving business environment. In this role, you will partner with other executive assistants and interact with various levels of management, customers and employees, assisting our Client’s executive manage day to day priorities. The environment is fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative. Requierments: The ideal candidate will have significant experience navigating a complex C-Suite environment and be comfortable interacting with employees of all levels. To be successful, you will need strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to gather information and make decisions independently. Being proactive and anticipating the needs of the executive is essential as you prioritize time, schedules, inquiries and information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the executive calendar; Prioritize appointments as necessary; Coordinate major offsite meetings and executive travelArrange domestic and international travel schedule and reservations; Prepare expense reports and ensure submission in a timely fashionInterface with members of the management team, customers, and other executive visitors; Redirect inquiries and problems to staff members for response and resolution as necessaryReview and answer mail and inquiries and determine if executive action is requiredExercise judgment and initiative with high degree of flexibilitySet up and maintain propriety files and record retention schedulesObtain, assemble and analyze information and data from a wide variety of sources in order to prepare reports, agendas and correspondenceOrder and maintain inventory of departmental supplies; Coordinate necessary equipment or facilities repairs or changesSupport the department’s financial processes, including budgets, contracts, purchase orders, payments, vendor relations, etc.
EXPERIENCE: Direct work experience supporting executive-level leadersProven experience of executive administrative support at a senior levelStrong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a teamAbility to use a variety of sophisticated office automation tools and software, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, SAPAbility to collaborate with different levels of management, customers, and employees to exchange information and take appropriate actionStrong multi-tasking skillsDemonstrated ability to exercise judgment and initiative with a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experiencePay for this position is up to $140k base salary.
