Teaching specific special education courses remotely, the part-time Alabama Licensed Special Education Faculty will facilitate class instruction, manage classroom activities, and evaluate student performance in accordance with university guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
Facilitate class instruction based on specified learning outcomes and syllabi
Manage classroom conduct and engage with students to address concerns
Evaluate and post student performance grades in the appropriate systems
Required qualifications:
Minimum of an Ed. D and/or Ph. D in special education, education, or a related field
Significant related experience in special education or education
Availability to teach remotely and accommodate diverse student needs
Official college transcripts on file with Associate Experience
Completion of training sessions prior to the first teaching assignment
