Multi-Unit District Manager (Up to 8 Shops)

Potbelly Sandwich Works seeks a District Manager to oversee up to eight shops, directing operations and leading a team to achieve sales, guest satisfaction, and profit goals. You will coach General Managers, implement Potbelly Playbooks, and ensure staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews across markets. You will travel 80-90% in the field, work 50+ hours weekly, and partner with Support Center to optimize labor costs, food costs, and safety compliance while upholding Potbelly standards.
