The Process Engineering Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the for Reagent Operations Process Engineering team of engineers and line support technicians. As a Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for multiple filling lines, leading continuous improvement projects to improve equipment performance including TPM program, maximizing output, and reducing downtime. Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Basic DBS Tools experience, including all or some: TPM, SMED, Lean Conversions, 5S, Kaizen Basics, Problem Solving Process, Standard Work, Transactional Process Improvement, Value Stream Mapping and Daily Management.
