Excellent diagnostic abilities / root cause analysis required; Lean Six Sigma and Black Belt certification desirable.. Good working knowledge of: Robotics, PLC programs, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, Electrical and Electronic systems, Mechanical Power transmission and Combustion; Preventative & Predictive Maintenance Processes, Safety & Environmental Processes.. Domestic/international travel with/without overnight stay may be required.

Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Ops, IT, Customer Support) to deploy streamlined solutions.. Content Operations & Governance. Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital asset management (DAM), and content lifecycle management.. Proficiency with process mapping and data visualization tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Tableau).. Certifications such as CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile Product Owner are a plus.
