Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and policies related to secondary transition in special education. At least 10 years of experience working as a content specialist in secondary transition for youth with disabilities in public schools. Experience in strategic planning to support LEAs in meeting state transition benchmarks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Google Apps, and project management tools for efficient tracking and reporting.
