The Knowledge Management (KM) Solutions Product Manager is responsible managing and enhancing the firm's KM applications, including but not limited to precedent banks, bespoke KM solutions for practice groups and departments, and the Troutman Pepper Locke intranet. Plan projects related to KM applications from planning and discovery, through implementation, and ultimately to deployment and post-production support. In consultation with the Managing Director of Knowledge Management and the Director of Knowledge Solutions, define and prioritize product features and requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
