Details Float Pool position covering medical, surgical, medical specialty, hem/onc, and step-down units May also float to NICU for feeder growers Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, 3 days per week Weekend and holiday coverage required Requirements Active RN license (Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or multistate compact/eNLC) Current BLS and PALS certification from AHA Minimum of 1 year RN experience required 3 years of Level I trauma experience required Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred Full DOB and SSN required for consideration Additional Information Provide nursing care to pediatric and other patient populations ranging from simple to complex health needs Administer medications, monitor IV infusions and blood products, and document patient responses to treatment Assist physicians with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures Communicate care plans and discharge information with patients and families Delegate tasks to support staff as needed Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted Credentialing and compliance deadlines are strictly enforced with no start date flexibility 30-day written notice required to cancel or end an assignment early Returning travelers may extend only once for a maximum of 26 weeks, followed by a required 6-month separation before reapplying American Traveler Job ID P-.
