Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs. Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and techniques tailored to each patient's condition, using modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Documentation is critical in our practice; you will maintain precise records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments. Participate in the discharge planning process, ensuring that patients have appropriate follow-up care and self-management strategies post-treatment. Contribute to facility initiatives that remove barriers to access, ensuring equitable care for all patients and adhering to local and federal regulations. Patient Population / Client FocusOur outpatient clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with adults of all ages, focusing on optimizing their functional mobility and quality of life through tailored rehabilitation efforts.

Qualifications: A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is a prerequisite for this position. Must hold a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida. A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Current CPR certification is mandatory for all healthcare providers in our facility.

Preferred Experience: While two years of outpatient orthopedic experience is the minimum requirement, additional experience in advanced manual therapy techniques or specialized certifications in areas such as sports rehabilitation or geriatric therapy will be considered a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
