Work Environment: You will work onsite in our well-equipped outpatient office, designed to foster collaboration and innovation among our staff. Our state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located in Miami, allowing for easy access to resources and support. The typical work schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 3 PM to 7 PM, with a reduced day shift on Friday. This structured schedule allows for a work-life balance while ensuring dedicated patient care.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs, including analyzing subjective and objective data to develop personalized treatment plans. Administer appropriate physical therapy procedures and modalities aligned with the latest standard practices to treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities. Collaborate closely with patients, their caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure coordinated and effective care. Provide education and training to patients and their families concerning rehabilitation goals, treatment methodologies, and self-care strategies. Maintain meticulous documentation of each patient's progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory and facility standards. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to ongoing enhancements in clinical care and patient satisfaction. Assist in training and supervising physical therapy assistants and support staff, ensuring that high-quality care is consistently delivered. Engage in continuous learning and professional development, attending workshops and educational opportunities as part of our commitment to clinical excellence. Collaborate in the marketing and promotion of the department's physical therapy services to expand our referral base and achieve departmental objectives. Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult clients with varying physical therapy needs. Our outpatient focus allows for a personalized approach to care, addressing specific conditions such as musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery. You will leverage your expertise to adapt treatment strategies tailored to each patient's circumstances and goals.

Qualifications: A current State Physical Therapist license is required. A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher (Master's or Doctorate) in a related field. Demonstrated clinical experience in a healthcare setting, showcasing your ability to handle diverse patient needs effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for collaborative team engagement and patient rapport. Physical capabilities to perform necessary tasks, including lifting, manual dexterity, and mobility.

Preferred Experience: Experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly with a focus on treating pediatrics or specific conditions relevant to our patient demographic. Familiarity with the latest physical therapy techniques and equipment, ensuring the delivery of high-standard patient care.

Compensation and Benefits: Fox Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
