Production Supervisor - Weekend Shift

What You'll Do: Supervise and support production employees on a day-to-day basis Coordinate daily work assignments to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality goals are achieved Train and develop team members on proper procedures and work instructions Promote a safe, positive, and compliant work environment Ensure adherence to quality standards, ISO requirements, and customer specifications Monitor production performance and address in-process issues as they arise Maintain housekeeping, organization, and workplace standards Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in a wire assembly or cable assembly manufacturing environment Knowledge of UL and IPC standards Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a focus on quality, teamwork, and employee development Why Join Kato Cable?
