Entry-Level Warehouse Operations Associate

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking an Entry Level Warehouse Associate to support fast-paced retail and e‑commerce operations. In this role, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship apparel and accessories, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time order fulfillment for stores and online customers. You will use basic warehouse equipment, follow safety and inventory procedures, and help maintain clean, organized work areas. Working in a collaborative, inclusive environment, you’ll learn logistics, gain insight into a global fashion brand, and build foundational skills for growth in retail operations. Receive, unload, and sort inbound merchandise shipments Pick and pack customer and store orders accurately and efficiently Prepare, label, and stage shipments for outbound delivery Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment safely Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies Follow company safety, quality, and cleanliness standards Maintain organized storage areas and workstations Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Use handheld scanners or basic WMS tools to track inventory Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors Order picking and packing Inventory control basics Warehouse safety procedures Use of handheld scanners Basic computer literacy Shipping and labeling processes Material handling Time management Attention to detail Team collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA forklift certification (preferred) Basic safety and material handling training Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
