Senior Musical Instruments Retail Sales Associate

The Senior Retail Sales Associate, Music Instruments drives individual sales in a Music & Arts store while delivering knowledgeable, friendly service to students, parents, and educators. This part-time, on-site role promotes music lesson programs, builds relationships with local schools and community groups, supports merchandising and store upkeep, and follows security procedures. The position contributes directly to store revenue, customer loyalty, and a positive, education-focused shopping experience. Generate retail sales of musical instruments, accessories, and services to meet or exceed personal targets. Actively promote the in-store music lesson program to new and existing customers. Build relationships with local schools, teachers, churches, and community groups to drive business. Deliver knowledgeable, attentive customer service and tailored product recommendations. Support merchandising, displays, and basic store upkeep to maintain a welcoming environment. Follow store security procedures, including proper use of keys, registers, and alarm codes. Participate in other daily store operations as needed.
