Available Schedule: 7am-7pm Full Time

Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes Supervise nursing assistants and support staff Maintain accurate documentation Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations

Qualifications: Current Ohio LPN license Long-term care experience preferred Experience with PointClickCare preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
