Garden Park Care Center is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Day Shift team!
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shift:
Full-Time Day Shift, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Are you a compassionate and dedicated LPN looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Join our team at Garden Park Care Center, where you\'ll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a supportive and resident-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure residents receive exceptional care while promoting dignity and respect
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Long-term care experience preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
