Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in O'Fallon, IL. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Physical Therapists while providing hands-on, patient-centered care to a diverse outpatient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality outpatient care· Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT· Provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions· Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs· Document treatments accurately and efficiently using EMR systems
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program· Active Illinois PTA License required· Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
