Position Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in O'Fallon, IL. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Physical Therapists while providing hands-on, patient-centered care to a diverse outpatient population.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality outpatient care
  • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PTProvide hands-on therapy for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions
  • Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs
  • Document treatments accurately and efficiently using EMR systems
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active Illinois PTA License required
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
