Machine Operator- Second ShiftWe are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications
- Load raw materials and unload finished products
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy during and after production
- Make minor machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain production logs and complete basic documentation
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and work area
- Follow all company safety policies and wear proper PPECommunicate equipment issues or defects to supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, measurements, and basic blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
