Medical Laboratory Technician

Perform stat and routine clinical laboratory tests under laboratory oversight, following written procedures and regulatory requirements to deliver timely, accurate results. Duties also include specimen collection, processing and referral testing, while supporting quality, safety, compliance and patient service. Perform stat and routine clinical laboratory testing in licensed technical disciplines. Follow written procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Ensure timely and accurate test results. Collect, process and refer specimens as needed. Maintain quality, patient safety, infection control and compliance standards. Support department service, quality and patient satisfaction goals.
