Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate Attorney to join a leading international law firm in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have broad experience handling public and private mergers and acquisitions transactions and the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys across practice areas. Experience at a peer law firm and a strong academic background are preferred.
Qualifications:
4–6 years of legal experience in corporate M&A.Broad experience with public and private M&A transactions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary deal team.
Strong academic credentials and experience at a comparable law firm preferred.
Admission to the California Bar.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range of $310,000–$390,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Potential discretionary year-end bonus.
Hybrid work schedule, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and designated remote-work periods throughout the year.
