Commercial HVAC Tech

All-Temps Personnel Services is currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician for a leading commercial client in the Corpus Christi area. This position is ideal for a highly skilled technician with extensive experience servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air-cooled chillers and commercial HVAC equipment. Air-cooled chiller experience is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. This is a Part-time position Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance on commercial heating and cooling equipment. Service and repair air-cooled chillers from manufacturers such as Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, McQuay, or similar. Inspect and test HVAC components for proper operation and efficiency. Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, charging, and leak detection. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings. Repair electrical and mechanical components, including motors, compressors, contactors, relays, controls, and pumps. Maintain accurate service reports and work documentation. Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies. Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members. Respond to emergency service calls as needed. Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC experience. Hands-on experience servicing and repairing air-cooled chillers is required. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC electrical and mechanical systems. EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).Ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems. Experience with refrigeration systems and commercial HVAC controls. Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable transportation.
