About the role

Be part of ADI.At ADI Construction, our Traveling Superintendents are trusted leaders who bring projects to life. As the primary ADI representative on site, you'll lead day-to-day field operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and work closely with clients, inspectors, and project teams to deliver high-quality commercial construction projects. We value experience, leadership, and initiative, giving our Superintendents the opportunity to make decisions and have a direct impact on the success of each project.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and coordinate daily field operations to keep projects on schedule and moving efficiently
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and other project activities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
  • Monitor quality and ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and ADI standards
  • Work directly with local code officials and inspectors while navigating varying jurisdictional requirements
  • Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact the project
  • Represent ADI professionally with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and project partners
What We're Looking For:
  • Commercial construction superintendent experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, means, methods, and trade sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and quality control
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with local officials and adapt to different codes and regulations
  • Proficiency with Windows and construction/project management software
