Job Description: Job Description Water/Wastewater Construction SuperintendentJ. S. Haren Company is seeking experienced Water/Wastewater Construction Superintendents to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the water and wastewater construction industry and be willing to travel for project assignments.
About Us: J. S. Haren Company specializes in the construction and renovation of:
  • Water Treatment Plants
  • Wastewater Treatment PlantsPump Stations
  • Treatment Plant Upgrades and Renovations
  • Other related heavy civil and utility infrastructure projects
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily construction activities and field personnel
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules
  • Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
  • Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, owners, and field crews
  • Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining production goals
  • Identify and help resolve field issues as they arise
  • Enforce company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience in water/wastewater construction
  • Strong understanding of treatment plant and pump station construction
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Willingness to travel as required
