Trauma-Neuro ICU-Hosp Department Position Candidates for this order should be experienced and willing to work in the Trauma-Neuro ICU-Hosp department. Weekend and holiday rotation. Possible call and float to support other units. AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA FACILITY! Banner has a specific cover page. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later. RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO during the first week of assignment.
