Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health (Full-Time) Full-Time | Direct Hire Fixed 12-Hour Shifts ✔ No Rotation Required ✔ Candidates must be flexible to work days, nights, and/or weekends based on unit needs Sign-On Bonus $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available for Inpatient & Crisis Unit RNs We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health to join our team in Avondale, Arizona. These full-time, direct-hire opportunities offer long-term stability, structured scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package. The Avondale location is also hiring Residential Behavioral Health RNs for both day and night 12-hour shifts.
