The clinic maintains structured clinical workflows and established protocols consistent with FQHC standards to support consistent and coordinated care delivery. A full complement of on-site support staff is available to facilitate daily clinical operations.

The surrounding region offers clinicians on assignment a range of entertainment, recreational, and cultural options suited to varied interests. Attractions include a theme park featuring rides and a water park, a chocolate heritage museum, botanical gardens, and an automotive museum. Additional options include golf courses, vineyards, live entertainment venues, and proximity to destinations such as a state capital, a Civil War battlefield site, and an Amish country region, as well as scenic riverfront activities, providing diverse choices during time away from the assignment.
About the Clinician's Workday:
Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 16-22 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups.
