About the role
To drive growth in the mortgage market, an established NC Licensed Loan Officer will manage an exclusive territory in a full-time remote position, focusing on originating purchase-focused loans and building relationships with real estate agents through dedicated support and innovative programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Originate Conventional, FHA, and VA loans while maintaining existing client and agent relationships
Meet daily with real estate agents to generate leads and referrals, utilizing the Cash to Win and RightSize Move programs
Represent the bank in the local market, collaborating on community events and educational workshops to drive market presence
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of $20M in funded mortgage volume or 50+ funded units over the trailing 12 months
Established purchase-focused business built on relationships with local real estate agents
Resides in the assigned market with an existing local agent base
Experience with Conventional, FHA, and VA loan products
Proven ability to build referral networks through in-person and phone interactions
