About the role
Guiding clients through the mortgage process, the full-time California Licensed Loan Officer will assist with loan applications to closing, build relationships with referral sources, and provide expert advice on financing options while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Assist clients from application to closing, addressing any concerns that arise
Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and clients to drive referrals
Evaluate client financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products
Required qualifications:
Experience in mortgage loan origination
State and federal licenses as a mortgage loan originator
Proven track record of generating referrals and lead volume
