About the role
To support a growing mortgage practice, California Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers will take loan applications, prepare necessary materials for loan approval, and guide clients through the loan process from application to closing in a full-time remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
Take loan applications and collect necessary documentation for loan processing
Discuss and advise clients on various loan programs to facilitate informed decisions
Assist clients throughout the entire loan process, from application to closing
Required qualifications:
California Mortgage Loan Officer license
At least 1 year of mortgage origination experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
Experience with loan origination systems
Ability to generate leads and build relationships with Realtors
