About the role
Managing a portfolio of mortgage loans, the part-time California Licensed Home Loan Advisor will originate loans through self-sourced business and personal relationships while working remotely in Carlsbad, CA.
Key responsibilities:
Originate mortgage loans by maintaining exceptional service levels and administering a lead management system
Assist members with product selection, lock requests, and provide required disclosures while managing the loan pipeline for efficiency
Analyze financial and credit data to assess mortgage applications and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent work experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years in a mortgage-related function with at least two years of generating self-sourced business required
