Ideal Background:
-10+ years in construction or low-voltage or physical security or electrical, or specialty contracting.
Experience leading multiple Project Managers, Superintendents, or Field Managers (not just field crews).Multi-project or portfolio management across multiple locations or states.
Experience building operational processes.
Strong customer-facing experience managing escalations and executive relationships.
Experience managing subcontractors and improving field execution.
Scheduling, forecasting, and operational ownership.
