About the role

Ideal Background: -? 10+ years in construction or low-voltage or physical security or electrical, or specialty contracting. ? Experience leading multiple Project Managers, Superintendents, or Field Managers (not just field crews). ? Multi-project or portfolio management across multiple locations or states.? Experience building operational processes.? Strong customer-facing experience managing escalations and executive relationships.? Experience managing subcontractors and improving field execution.? Scheduling, forecasting, and operational ownership.
