Location: Downtown Brooklyn Schedule:
Mon & Fri: 6:00 AM-3:00 PMTue-Thu: 9:00 AM-6:00 PMSat & Sun: OffJob Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance HVAC Technician to start immediately. This role is being filled on a temporary basis with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a building maintenance setting
  • Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and service checks
  • Diagnose HVAC issues and complete repairs efficiently and safely
  • Maintain documentation of work performed and follow facility procedures
  • Support building operations as needed and communicate updates clearly to onsite leadership
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations
  • Preferred CertificationsEPA Certification (required)S12S13P98P99Compressor G35 (experience with adiabatic systems preferred)
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in maintenance/building operations
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work the required schedule
  • Professional communication and customer service mindset
