Job Description:
We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to provide scheduled daytime service across office buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial sites, and retail locations. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will service mixed commercial equipment, including rooftop units and package systems, chillers, VRF systems, and split systems.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose commercial HVAC system issues across varied equipment and facility types.
Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
Install HVAC systems and related equipment.
Repair rooftop units, package systems, chillers, VRF systems, and split systems.
Provide responsive, professional customer service during scheduled daytime service visits.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service.
Preferred Qualifications:
EPA Section 608 certification.
Experience with commercial HVAC systems.
Electrical troubleshooting skills.
Blueprint reading skills.
Experience with refrigerant recovery.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and diagnostic testing.
Experience servicing VRF systems.
