What we pay and promise$17-18/hour to start, with a raise at 90 days Guaranteed hours for the founding team - 20 hours a week at hire, 25 after 90 days - whether a client cancels or not. Paid weekly, every FridayPaid orientation and training, including dementia care Paid travel time and mileage between clients Referral bonus for every caregiver you bring us who stays A real scheduler who answers the phone, and a company that will never ask you to stay in a home that you don't feel safe inThe work Helping older adults stay in their own homes: companionship, meals, light housekeeping, personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility), medication reminders and transportation to appointments. Clients in Monongalia, Marion and Harrison counties starting November 1 - if you live in Fairmont, Clarksburg, or between, we want to hear from you. What you need Experience caring for older adults - professional or family Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance Ability to pass a background check (WV CARES) and drug screenCNA is a plus, not a requirement - we train Reliability.
