What You'll Do: Move, stage, sort, and organize materials throughout the warehouse Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Palletize and shrink-wrap products as needed Use RF scanners and warehouse systems Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities Maintain inventory accuracy Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience preferred Stable work history preferred Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Experience using RF scanners is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable transportation Who We're Looking For The best candidates for this role are dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
