Certified Surgical Tech

Surgical Tech12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, nights, and weekends. Can accommodate 48 hours per week. Position in a facility that provides care for a wide variety of patients across several surgical specialties. NBSTSA Certification or one year of Surgical Technologist experience within a healthcare facility occurring within the last four years prior to January 2015.Minimum of two years of experience. Experience in a level 1 trauma operating room preferred. Able to scrub for various surgical procedures. BLS certification (American Heart Association only).Assist in surgical procedures as a surgical technologist. Ensure the operating room is properly prepared for surgeries. Maintain sterile field and instruments during procedures. Collaborate with surgical team members to provide quality patient care. Adhere to safety protocols and standards.
