We are seeking an organized, data-driven, and client-focused Implementation Manager to join our Customer Success team. You will own the onboarding and rollout program for our largest enterprise clients, from pre-sale handoff through the first 90 days of adoption.
Who You Are:
4+ years in client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management in B2B SaaS. Experience with financial services organizations and change management practices. Familiarity with project management tools, CRM software, and adoption data analysis.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate rollout plans, lead regular status meetings, and align resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Track adoption signals and translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and client stakeholders. Build scalable processes and document best practices for smoother, faster onboarding across future clients.
