Lead 12twenty's onboarding team of four specialists. Run onboarding from signed contract to confident platform use.
What You'll Do:
Manage timelines, escalations, and portfolio health. Coach, develop, and ramp team members. Partner cross-functionally and build the onboarding playbook.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years in SaaS onboarding or customer success. 2+ years leading people and managing implementations.
