Activities Assistant Job at Superior Healthcare Management, LLC in Saint Paul

Location: Highland Chateau Health + Rehabilitation Center, St. Paul, MN

Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, organizing, and leading recreational and therapeutic activities for residents. Engage residents in games, crafts, music, exercise, and special events. Help set up, clean up, and transport residents to and from activities. Document participation and provide feedback to the Activities Director. Promote a positive, fun, and inclusive environment for all residents.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. Friendly, energetic, and patient personality with good communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be reliable, compassionate, and enjoy working with older adults.
