LEAD Property Maintenance Technician

Lead Property Management Technician This Lead Property Management Tech would work 40 hours weekly with a set weekly Monday to Friday schedule and occasional paid on-call as needed. The Lead Property Management Technician/Construction tech works day hours and is based in Quakertown, with travel throughout homes in Bucks Co. in agency truck. Education equivalent to high school education. Three years previous experience in general maintenance required. Skills and knowledge should include strong experience in major areas of: plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, roofing, masonry work + HVAC. Valid driver's license with good driving record required. Good troubleshooting skills needed. Heavy lifting and ladder work required. Includes paid snow plowing responsibilities/equipment provided.
