Guest Services Afternoon (3pm-11pm) and/or Overnight (11pm-7am)

Position Overview: You will manage front desk operations, ensure accurate records, and provide professional guest service. This position requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently—especially during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities: Washing, Drying, folding and storing laundry (Sheets and towels) Greet and assist guests professionally Handle check‐ins, check‐outs, and reservations accurately Maintain organized and precise records Monitor property activity and ensure guest safety overnight Resolve guest concerns promptly Complete shift reports and communicate with team members Maintain lobby and light upkeep as needed Be The Hotel.
