Elevate Reach is hiring an Account Coordinator to keep client relationships running smoothly day to day.
This is a full-time, fully remote position on our own team.
What You'll Do:
Respond to client requests by email, phone, and video.
Track renewal dates, service changes, and open items for each account.
Coordinate with internal teams to get client requests done on time.
Who Fits:
1 to 3 years in client services, account coordination, or customer support.
Organized and dependable with follow-through.
Comfortable with a CRM and spreadsheets.
