The Department of Medicine, Division of Palliative Care invites applications for a Faculty position within Medicine in the area of Palliative Care. This position will share time between three affiliate hospitals in Dansville, Wellsville, and Hornell. The successful candidate will engage in patient care, teaching, administrative duties, community outreach, and University-related public service. Practice InfoShare time between three affiliate hospitals in Dansville (Nicholas Noyes), Wellsville (Jones Memorial) and Hornell (St. James)

- Compensation$201,070 - $265,695 a year
- Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process
Qualifications:
- M.D. Degree or equivalent
- Must obtain a New York State Medical License prior to start date
- Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
- Must meet all credentialing requirements
- Eligible for Board Certification in Hospice/Palliative Medicine
- Agreement to become board certified in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine within two years of hire
- Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required
- Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
- Open to visa sponsorship
