About the Role: The Company is seeking a Principal Chair to lead and grow a regional advisory practice. The role involves facilitating monthly peer forums for Christian CEOs and business owners, guiding strategic planning and spiritual development, and providing individual coaching. The Principal Chair will also build a territory by networking with and recruiting business leaders, hiring and mentoring associate chairs, and developing a sustainable membership-based enterprise. Early priorities include launching the first forum, establishing financial sustainability, and maintaining an active recruitment pipeline. Candidates should have at least 10 years of executive leadership experience as a CEO, president, business owner, or P&L leader in an organization with substantial revenue and staffing. The role calls for strong facilitation skills, commercial drive, and the discipline to follow an established operating model. Applicants should also demonstrate mature, active Christian faith and lay leadership in a local church, along with humility shaped by significant personal or professional challenges. A clear sense of calling to the work is important. Functions Business Development Sales/Revenue Board of Directors (non-operating)
