Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a focus on assessment and education; no need to create treatment plans or prescribe medications
Qualifications:
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana
  • Current CPR certification (BLS)
  • Board certification through AANP or ANCCA minimum of 6 months of recent NP experience preferred
  • Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
